DTS – Dreijer Technical Solutions was founded on a fundamental belief:
The real bottleneck is rarely where the problem becomes visible.
Every manufacturing organisation has people, machines and processes.
What many overlook is the flow that connects them.
Over more than 30 years working across Europe and Asia, Over more than 30 years working across Europe and Asia, I learned that operational performance is rarely limited by what first becomes visible.
That insight changed the way I analyse organisations—and ultimately became the foundation of DTS.
Instead of asking "Where is the problem?", I started asking a different question:
"Where did the operational flow begin to stagnate?"
That simple shift changed everything.
I realised that production problems often originate long before they reach the production floor. Delays, recurring quality issues, missed deliveries and capacity constraints are frequently the result of decisions, information or dependencies that disrupted the flow much earlier.
Rather than focusing on individual departments, I analyse how work, information and decisions move through the entire organisation. Because sustainable improvement is rarely achieved by optimising one function—it comes from restoring flow across the complete operation.
That philosophy became the foundation of DTS FLOW™.
