Where is your production really losing time?
Not every delay is caused by a machine.
Sometimes an order is waiting for information.
A part is ready, but nobody knows it.
Planning changes, but production finds out too late.
Everyone is working.
And still, delivery is slipping.
The question is not always:
“What is causing the problem?”
Sometimes the better question is:
“Where does the flow stop?”
A simple question.
But often not a simple answer.
That is where I start looking.
